Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lezhure, LLC ("Lezhure," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit https://lezhure.com, use the Lezhure mobile app, use the Lezhure host platform, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Lezhure operates the Services from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

Much of this information is optional, and you choose what to include in your profile:

  • Account and profile information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth and age, profile photos, biography, city or general location, and Instagram handle or other social links
  • Event activity: Events you save, RSVP to, or attend, and hosts or profiles you follow or save
  • Host information: If you create a host account, your host profile, event listings, and related business information
  • Payment information: If you make purchases through the Services, payment card details and billing information are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or communicate with us

2.2 Location information

  • General location: We may use your IP address or the city you provide to show events in your area.
  • Precise location (optional): With your permission, we collect your device's precise location to show how close events are to you and to power map features. You can enable or disable precise location at any time in your device settings. The app works without it.

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical data: IP address, device ID and identifiers, operating system, browser type, app version, and language settings
  • Usage data: How you interact with our app, website, emails, and other digital properties, including pages viewed, features used, and events viewed or saved
  • Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 7

2.4 Information from third parties

If you sign in using a third-party login (such as Apple or Google), we receive information from that provider as permitted by your settings with them, such as your name and email address.

2.5 Sensitive information

The only category of sensitive personal information we collect is precise geolocation, and only with your permission as described in Section 2.2. We use precise location solely to provide the features you request, such as showing how close events are to you and powering map features. We do not use profile photos to identify individuals, do not run facial recognition, and do not derive biometric identifiers from photos.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Show you events, hosts, and content relevant to your location and interests
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you
  • Enable hosts to manage their events and attendees (see Section 5)
  • Process transactions and, where available, ticket purchases
  • Communicate with you about your account, events, and the Services
  • Send text (SMS) messages you have agreed to receive, such as confirmations, reminders, and updates about events you plan to attend (reply STOP at any time to opt out)
  • Send marketing and promotional communications (you can opt out at any time)
  • Analyze usage to understand and improve how the Services are used
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information as follows:

  • Service providers: Vendors that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics (see Section 7), customer support, and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Hosts: See Section 5.
  • Other users: Your profile information (such as your name, photo, bio, and linked social accounts) is visible to other users as part of the social features of the Services. Information you share publicly on the platform is visible to others.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: If we use advertising tools such as the Meta pixel or TikTok pixel, those partners may collect identifiers and usage data through the Services as described in Section 7. Depending on your state's law, this may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising, and you can opt out as described in Section 8.
  • Legal and safety: When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Lezhure, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

De-identified and aggregated information. We may create and use information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you, and we may use and share that information for any purpose. Where we maintain de-identified information, we will maintain it in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it.

5. Hosts and attendee information

When you RSVP to, save, purchase a ticket to, or otherwise engage with a host's event or profile, that host may see information about you, such as your name, profile information, and your engagement with their event (for example, that you are attending or saved their profile).

Hosts are independent from Lezhure. Our terms require hosts to use attendee information only to organize, operate, and communicate about their events, and to protect it appropriately, but hosts are separately responsible for their own privacy practices.

6. Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted online.

7. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze usage, and support advertising.

  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how the Services are used. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data. You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of Google Analytics for websites at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Advertising pixels: We may use advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel and TikTok pixel to measure ad performance and reach audiences. These tools may collect identifiers and browsing or usage data.
  • Your choices: You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, limit ad tracking in your mobile device settings, and, on iOS, decline app tracking when prompted.
  • Global Privacy Control: Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Do Not Track: Apart from GPC as described above, our systems do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format
  • Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

You can also opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising through the "Your Privacy Choices" (or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") link on our website and in the app's settings, in addition to the Global Privacy Control signal described in Section 7.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the rights above are available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Categories of personal information. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2, which correspond to the following categories under the CCPA: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, device identifiers, and IP address); commercial information (such as events saved, RSVPs, and purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as usage data and your interactions with our app and website); general and, with your permission, precise geolocation data; audio or visual information (such as profile photos you upload); professional or business information (for hosts); inferences drawn from the above (such as your event preferences); and sensitive personal information (precise geolocation, as described in Section 2.5). We collect these categories from you directly, automatically from your devices, and from third-party login providers, and we disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 4 for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 3. We retain each category as described in Section 9.

Sensitive personal information. We use and disclose precise geolocation only to provide the Services you request and for other purposes permitted by the CCPA, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you. Accordingly, we do not offer a separate "Right to Limit" the use of sensitive personal information.

Minors aged 13 to 15. Under the CCPA, personal information of consumers aged 13 to 15 may be sold or shared only with their affirmative opt-in consent. We do not seek or offer such an opt-in, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Generally, personal data is deleted within six months of account termination, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected].

Users between 13 and 17 may use the Services only as described in our Terms of Service, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
