Bruce, the roving dinner residency launched by three ex-Horses chefs, continues camping out at Bar Bandini for the month of October. Bruce's menu leans into short, snacky Euro-style bistro fare made for wine pairing, think crispy sweetbreads with gribiche, tuna tostadas topped with shaved jámon, and buttery parmesan broth pastas. Weekly schedule: Oct 24 and 25 (Saturday/Sunday), service starts at 5:30pm until sold out, with menus posted weekly.
