Bruce at Bar Bandini

Bruce, the roving dinner residency launched by three ex-Horses chefs, closes out its October run at Bar Bandini on Friday, October 30th. Bruce's menu leans into short, snacky Euro-style bistro fare made for wine pairing, think crispy sweetbreads with gribiche, tuna tostadas topped with shaved jámon, and buttery parmesan broth pastas. Service starts at 5:30pm until sold out, with menus posted weekly.
